Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy: Luscious And Co does not permit refunds. Hair Extensions are final sale, and cannot be exchanged once opened. If you prefer to change your color after it has been ordered, there is a 20% restocking fee on unopened hair.

Love Your Hair Guarantee: If you are unhappy with your hair, you may revisit the salon within 7 days. If the reason for your unhappiness is due to any technical error of the Stylist or Salon, a full correction will be applied at no cost.

Booking Policy: Any appointments that exceed 60 minutes require a deposit or a credit card to be held on the account. The prepaid deposit is applied toward the balance the date of the appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and may transferred should you reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hour notice. Should you not show up to your appointment with no notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel within 24 hours of appointment, your prepaid deposit will not be refunded. If you prefer to store your credit card to reserve appointments, there will no charge unless you do not show up to the appointment, or cancel within 24 hours.

Children are welcome at Luscious And Co, but must be accompanied by a parent if under 12 years old. Small children should be watched at all times, as your children’s well being is our number one priority.

Per the State Of Connecticut Health Department, no animals are permitted inside of Hair Salons. We are legally required to not assist guests that show signs of head lice, open sores on the scalp, MRSA, or contagious skin disorders. If you have any allergies, are recovering from any of the previously mentioned conditions, or have any health restrictions, please discuss that with your colorist before the service begins. If you request a test strand, we need notice before the service begins. The chemicals that are used may contain Alcohol, MEA, Ammonia.
